The fourth step is called the "Acceptance Stage".

This is where the buyer accepts the merchandise and the seller is paid and is deducted escrow fees and/or shipping fees.

If the buyer rejects the merchandise the buyer usually has 10 days to ship the item back and is responsible for the escrow fee, return shipping costs and insurance costs.

The same method of shipping must be the same as it was delivered with. If the seller rejects the item (item was damaged during shipment process) then the seller can dispute the item and the escrow company will withold payment until the dispute is settled.
