Technology and Software Escrow

Software and Technology Escrows help protect licensees, customers and users of software, technology, products and intellectual property.

Software and Technology escrows usually compose of the Owner, at least one buyer (beneficiary) and an escrow agent.

Escrow can be used for many different types of software and technology including documents, products, drawings, prototypes, databases, passwords, etc.

You may also select one person to accept more then one licence of a particular product. You may also do the reverse and have one licence for multiple buyers (beneficiaries).
